This property gets many bears, some eat the grease trap. This bear we call Boo Boo. He lives local.

Set yourself a bath away from the crowd in the large first floor bathroom. Bring salt or your favorite bath soap.

Gather your loved ones and grab a seat in an Adirondack chair down the driveway. There will soon be a water fountain there. Discuss the days activities and tomorrow's plan.

The view is amazing in the settee chairs. The hot tub and deck are right off the living room on the second floor.

Soak yourself in the 4 person hot tub. Great for any weather and protected from the elements.

The kitchen offers ample space for all of your cooking needs. Most pots and pans are provided. Please ask about any specialty items, or just bring them.

The whole groups gets a large flat screen TV in each bedroom. All beds are also king size.

One of the greatest features of the cabin is the convenient half bath in the Great Room. No running up and down the stairs to use the hall bath or the Master Bath.

The dining room furniture is the centerpiece of this amazing Great room. Absolutely beautiful.

You can choose between 3 views while laying on the sofa. TV, fireplace or mountain view. You can also do all 3 at once. It's your vacation.

Does anyone have to work from home? No problem. A dedicated workspace is provided. You will need to bring all of your work essentials. There is no computer or printer.

Coffee in the mountains is a must. We provide tea, but not coffee. You will need to bring coffee and all the fixings. The coffee maker is a drip coffee pot.

You can play corn hole in the driveway with Dolly (her picture anyway). I took a picture of her famous statue that sits in Sevierville.

Does anyone like to play games in your group. We have added a few for 2025. Tether ball is fun for all ages.

Challenge each other with connect 4. My wife wins this game all of the time.

The large driveway offers ample parking. You will get spaces for your group. Any other cars need to be parked down by the garage.

You have access to the large capacity washer and dryer. Get them all cleaned up after a day of hiking the Great Smoky Mountains.

The large first floor bath is big enough for 2. Great for washing up the little ones too.

The dual shower, soaking tub, furniture quality vanities and rustic decor are all on full display. This is one of the nicest cabin bathrooms that you will see.

The Master Bath ensuite is big enough for two. Extra towels are on the hanging wall rack.

Love seat with a reading lamp to spend quality time or snuggle and reminiscing about your best trip ever to the Smokies.

Pickleball:
Your pickleball rights when renting here are:
You are entitled to use the court during even number hours, i.e. 10,12,2,4
During odd number hours, i.e. 9,11,1,3 the other unit has their court time.
Failure to yield the court to the other renter will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
If you choose, you can expand your group and rent both units if the other side is available.
This would give you the right to use for the duration of your stay.
This indoor court is a 3 car garage.
It is not full size, it is about 5 feet short on both service ends.
There is also limited out of bounds area.
The court is a practice court. It is great for teaching young and old alike.
There are local courts for the more experienced or competitive players.
No matter the weather outside though, you are playing.
Rainy day, you are playing.
Windy day, you are playing.
Hot sunny day, you can play indoors where it is cooler than outside.
There is no climate control, just ceiling exhaust fans to get the heat out.
Cold day, there is no heat in the garage, but it is better than being outside.
Spend the day in town, you can still play at night.
A 4 car garage would be perfect, but I only have a 3 car garage.
As far as I know, this is the only rental in Gatlinburg with indoor pickleball.
Every renter must sign the pickleball waiver.

The cabin has high quality everything.
There are 3 comfortable King beds in 3 bedrooms.
There is a Master bedroom with bath ensuite.
There are 2 full baths and a half bath.
We have 1 of the best views in Gatlinburg and are perched on the top of Cove Mountain.
We are perfectly located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
It is about 9 minutes to Dollywood.
We offer you an option of a 25% down payment to secure the cabin with final payment due 60 prior to your arrival.

This duplex is our second venture into the cabin rental industry. We raised our sons on the Gatlinburg experience. They are men now. We hope that they will raise their families here as well.
